RE-WIRE YOUR MIND

Your thoughts create your experience of the world.

Your brain is programmed with a bunch of unconscious thoughts that feel true, but aren't serving you to show up as the person you want to be.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” -Victor Frankl

I use hypnosis and cognitive psychology-based techniques to help you uncover those thoughts, to overcome social conditioning and transform the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, no matter what the circumstance is.

Awareness precedes change.
We have to train ourselves to intentionally choose our thoughts and manage our own minds, to bring us closer to our Creator, and to create the loving relationships you want.

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتّٰى يُغَيِّرُوۡا مَا بِاَنۡفُسِهِمۡؕ

God will not change the condition of people until they change what is in themselves. 13:11

HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?

You’ve read the self help books, podcasts and taken the courses, and you still feel the same.

You intellectually know that you can change your life, but it’s not happening.

You try to accomplish more to feel better, but you still feel like something is missing.

You want to improve your relationships but feel helpless.

You want to find a spouse, and have a beautiful loving marriage

but It feels like you're doing something wrong.

You feel like what you're doing isn't good enough.

Your faith isn't as strong as you want it to be.

That's where I can help.

I coach you how to understand your brain and give yourself the certainty and clarity you need to spend time on things that actually matter to you, so you can live your purpose and improve your relationship with Allah.

I help people with changing how they feel about themselves to find and create the loving relationships they're looking for.
